Election of bishop of the Patriarchal Curia of the Church of Antioch of the Maronites and resignation and appointment of auxiliary bishop for Jounieh of the Patriarchal Eparchy of Joubbé, Sarba and Jounieh, Lebanon

The Synod of Bishops of the Patriarchal Church of Antioch of the Maronites has elected His Reverend Excellency Youhanna Rafic El Warcha, until now Patriarchal Procurator in Rome and rector of the Pontifical Maronite College, as bishop of the Patriarchal Curia, appointing him auxiliary bishop for Jounieh of the Patriarchal Eparchy of Joubbé, Sarba and Jounieh, after accepting the resignation from the same office presented by His Reverend Excellency Antoine Nabil Andari.
