Appointment of auxiliary bishop of Radom, Poland
The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Krzysztof Dukielski, until now parish priest of Saint John the Baptist in Magnuszew, assigning him the titular see of Catula.
Curriculum vitae
Msgr. Krzysztof Dukielski was born on 10 April 1978 in Radom, Poland. He carried out his studies in philosophy and theology at the Major Seminary of Radom.
He received priestly ordination in 2003.
After ordination, he first held the role of as parish vicar in Zwolén (2003). He carried out his studies in Mariology at the Pontifical Theological Faculty “Marianum” in Rome (2004-2006), and served as parish administrator of Poggio Cinolfo in the diocese of Avezzano, Italy (2004-2013). After obtaining a licentiate in moral theology at the Faculty of Theology of the Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II (2013), he went on to hold the offices of vice moderator of the Light-Life Movement for the diocese of Radom (2013), deputy director of the National Organizing Office of World Youth Day in Krakow (2014-2016), diocesan moderator of the Light-Life Movement (2017-2021), and since 2021, parish priest of Saint John the Baptist
