The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Namur, Belgium, presented by Bishop Pierre Warin.
The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Fr. Fabien Lejeusne, A.A., until now superior of the Province of Europe of the Augustinians of the Assumption.
Curriculum vitae
Msgr. Fabien Lejeusne, A.A., was born on 28 October 1973 in Tournai. After his primary and secondary studies, he attended the interdiocesan seminary of Lille, subsequently entering the novitiate of the Augustinians of the Assumption. He gave his perpetual profession on 24 Novembere 2001, and received priestly ordination on 25 May 2003.
He has held the folloowing offices: ministry in the parish and in youth pastoral care in Strasbourg (2003-2007) and in Montpellier (2007-2012), director of the national pilgrimage and head of the youth pilgrimage (2012-2017).
Within his Congregation, he has been superior and bursar of the community, provincial assistant of Europe (2017-2023) (first assistant and provincial vicar from 2020); and since 2023, provincial superior of Europe.

The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Tournai, Belgium, presented by Bishop Guy Harpigny.
The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Fr. Frédéric Pierre Rossignol, C.S.Sp., until now spiritual director of the Saint Paul the Apostle Pontifical Missionary College.
Curriculum vitae
Msgr. Frédéric Pierre Rossignol, C.S.Sp., was born on 5 January 1974 in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, in Belgium. He entered the major seminary of the metropolitan archdiocese of Malines-Bruxelles, and attended courses in philosophy at the Université Catholique de Louvain where he was also awarded a degree in criminology.
After a year of voluntary work in China with the Missions Etrangères in Paris, he entered the Congregation of the Holy Spirit in 2000. He completed his theological formation at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto, Portugal. He gave his perpetual vows as a member of the Spiritan Province of Belgium-Kinshasa in 2005 and was ordained a priest on 11 December 2005 in Gentinnes, at the memorial of the martyrs of Kongolo in Gentinnes.
He has held the following offices: envoy in Vietnam to found the country’s first Spiritan community (2007); deputy parish priest in Bolivia (2018-2019); major superior of the Vietnam-India circumscription (2021-2023).
In 2023, he was appointed spiritual director of the Saint Paul the Apostle Pontifical Missionary College.
